Received the product with different brand name and made in China. Quality is cheap and seller is scammer. Reply refund in process but nothing. Fake reviews and fake pictures. Any negative reviews in facebook been deleted and blocked me in FB as well. Stay away! You can find a lot cheaper same thing in Amazon.

Scam! Give them 1 star on their website and it disappears magically! Their reviews are fake, their product is fake, they will not fix any solution for you they will just say 1000 times over that they’re happy to provide a refund but never do. Stay away

Total scam! Stay away and do not buy from this “company”. They have fake reviews and photos on their website and the products are cheap and not as described. I have been emailing them for a week and each day they claim that they will provide a refund but fail to provide any returns information. On their website it states “if you’re not thrilled with your order, simply return for a full refund (no questions asked). However claim that they cannot refund my order because of their “policy” which makes no sense. Total scam don’t spend your money here.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We’d like to clarify a few things: We do honor our satisfaction guarantee, but we do require that products be unused or only lightly tested to qualify for a return. We never ignore messages intentionally — if there was a delay or missed reply, we sincerely apologize and want to make it right. Also, while some of our shipments are processed through international hubs (especially during high demand), we stand by the quality and authenticity of our product. We are not affiliated with any knock-off or third-party sellers — if you received something labeled “Almost Lipstick,” please let us know immediately so we can investigate and correct the issue. If you're open to it, we’d really like to resolve this. Could you confirm your order number or email so we can assist you directly? Warm regards

Really would give no stars. They took the 39 dollar payment from my account and NEVER sent the product. After many inquires and assurances I was told it was on its way. I never received my four tubes of lipstick. Resent my address to them twice. I have never had anyone say they did not have the correct address after confirming 3 times. They no longer respond to my inquires. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY iIT IS A SCAM!

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your frustration and disappointment. What you’ve described is absolutely not acceptable and is far from the standard we hold ourselves to. This appears to be a very rare and isolated shipping issue, and we sincerely apologize for the repeated confusion and lack of follow-up. We’re investigating this internally to understand what went wrong — especially after you confirmed your address multiple times. You will be further compensated, and we’re reopening your case immediately to ensure this is resolved once and for all. This is not our way, and we deeply regret that you were left feeling ignored and misled. Thank you for your patience, and we’re committed to making things right. On 17 Apr, I ordered their buy 2 get 2 free for $39.99 through an ad on Instagram. I kept seeing the ad for months!! I finally decided to go for it. My order arrived after a week and a half which was great. The only issue I have with them is that they sent me 4 lipsticks from Lakerain. A completely different brand but the same lipstick applicator. If I knew they were going to send me these…I could’ve just bought Lakerain black honey lipsticks on Amazon Prime for $6.99 each instead of paying the $39.99+. I contacted them today…I hope to receive an answer.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback — and we truly apologize for the confusion and disappointment with your order. What you’ve described is not how we intend to represent our brand or products, and we understand how frustrating it must feel to receive something that appears to be from a different brand. This is an extremely rare and isolated issue, and we’re actively looking into how it occurred. Please rest assured that you will be further compensated for the inconvenience, and our team will follow up with you directly to resolve this promptly. Again, we’re very sorry. This is not our way, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we make things right. Kind regards, HoneyNoir Customer Support Team

Scam! This website is fraudulent, the product you receive is not what is advertised. This company is not in the USA, your order will ship from China. When you try to contact them, repeatedly, you will get a response that they are looking into why you did not receive the advertised product, and how they will make it right, then nothing, no further contact. Buyer beware! Responding to HoneyNoir.... This is absolutely how you do business, I am not the only person this has happened to, funny how when anyone comments on your Facebook advertisement anything negative, it disappears. I have contacted your company 5 times total, and have gotten the same response everytime! "We will look into it and get back to you with a solution" Then nothing, nobody ever gets back to you! The product I received is Lakerain, not HoneyNoir. If I wanted Lakerain lipstick I would have ordered it on Amazon for $6.99, not through your website for a lot more! Like I said, Buyer Beware! This website is a Scam.

I never received my order. They sent a very odd tracking number for a company in China, which I've never seen before. They said the order was delivered to my door, but we live in an apartment and no deliveries come to our doors. They sent canned email replies to my request for a refund. Then stopped all communication. Buyer beware
