Sage was amazing!! I booked a hotel incorrectly and she helped me cancel the incorrect hotel and helped me greatly with finding another hotel that we were so happy with. She was so patient and professional and she even gave me her phone # if we had any issues or questions again. I would say she is a most valuable employee. Big thanks to Sage, a most professional employee!!

Sage provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping resolve my questions. She communicated clearly, followed through on everything she said, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about the customer experience. Thank you, Sage, for your excellent support—I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance!
