Such a pleasure to work with! After 25 years in the shirt business and working with so many printing methods and transfer companies; Howard Transfers were by far the best. Prices were good, delivery time was fast and communication was terrific.

Absolutely the BEST customer service / experience I have had from a service company in a long time! The website's ease of use and the quality of the transfers were top notch. I have already passed along your name to several of my friends for all of their custom transfer needs. Great job and I will definitely be back!

This was my first (but NOT last) order with Howard Custom Transfers. Their customer service was out of this world. I have never worked with this type of product before. Their staff was able to walk me through what I needed my finished product to look like and assisted me in realizing what would work the best for me. They answered all my questions and even clarified some things I did not realize I was getting wrong (this saved my project and my customer was pleased). Thank you for your assistance. I WILL be doing business with you again. Tim

The transfers were perfect which is the most important thing. However, the online account and ordering system was convoluted, incorrect and difficult to update. I actually didn't know what I would receive, if it was going to the correct address...etc. The system didn't show my order, my account was set up by a Howard rep and had incorrect billing and shipping addresses. We finally got the account specifics corrected and hopefully on future orders, the orders and invoices show up in the system. I look forward to doing more business in the future. My only wish is that you will eventually allow for "multi-colored" mega sheets plastisol transfers.
