Thank you for sharing your feedback, Amanda. We’re sorry to hear the transfers didn’t meet your expectations with your current setup. Your success matters to us, as we are only successful when our customers are. As confirmed during our phone call, we’ve processed a refund for your Howard Hot Peel transfers, which you’ll see in your account within 3–5 business days. Our Howard Hot Peel transfers are a specialty product that require a commercial-grade heat press for optimal results. We’re always happy to offer guidance on equipment compatibility or transfer selection prior to placing an order, especially for time-sensitive projects. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to earn back your trust.
