The quality of the transfers have been top-notch. The turnaround time is impressive! Customer service is outstanding. Two small concerns: I wish they had square grid lines on the back of the transfer sheets instead of diagonal lines and one order was printed slightly crooked on the transfer sheet making placement a little more difficult.
