HTCPedia ShopReviews of htcpedia.com

They had the perfect hard shell cover I was looking for my HTC One. Decent prices and good selection, but shipping could have been faster. Not bad overall. HTC One owners will definitely want to check them out.

I purchased what was supposed to be an extended battery for an Inspire...much to my surprise it did not last as long as the original.

Service good, shipping slow, and battery is rather disapointing. Does not last any longer than the origonal.

There is nothing special about the product I purchased nor the service I received.

Delivery fees where removed as as result of the over being over a certain value. The company that htcpedia is using to courier locally is charging handling fees on top of the import duties. Neither of these fees are mentioned or warned about at any step in the ordering process. As my first overseas order I was unaware of this. I personally think the local company is taking HTCpedia for a ride. This is the only place I can voice this opinion. The duty amount seemed too high and the handling fee should be part of the delivery cost or not charged at all. My suggestion: 1. Warn about import duties and try give an estimate on the cost 2. Warm about other costs such as handling fees (if this is allowed)

Lots of good stuff, but it costs too much.

I order memory card and ext.Batery , was promissed delivery "next day or two" i received it next wed at 6:30 pm , I ve placed an order on Friday??? When Called cust. Service was told it take more then Day or two and to be patient?? Finally when I got my Battery i fully Charged it , but it did not Perform the way I was told "more then double life of reg Battery"????? mediocre Service, not so good Quality of the Product !!!!!
