HTCPedia ShopReviews of htcpedia.com

The product has arrived, and its working fine.

I initially sent an email asking for product details but never got a reply. I finally called, got through right away, and got the information I needed. Their price was fair and the shipping was fast. I'd have given 5 stars if they'd answered my email.

I would rate the company's response to order and fulfillment highly. I take away from the highest rating for not having the preferred product in stock, for not giving much more meaningful and quantifiable product information to permit improved decision making, and for presuming upon us in this fashion that we would actually be interested in taking OUR time to say nice things about them so their marketing department can feel good about itself though they have done N O T H I N G to compensate said reviewers for their time and effort.

As I am living in East Asia, never knew that ordering from HTCPedia was so easy and reliable. Got what I want within a week and had my queries answered promptly. Good support staff I must say

I received a free screen Protector for my Thunderbolt as a promotion from HTCPedia Shop. The screen protector is nice, covers larger area of my screen than the ones I got from Verizon. The shipping was pretty slow though. I think I waited about 3 or 4 weeks for the item arrive.

My order was shipped and received ahead of its promised date. The case solution for the Thunderbolt, while better than nothing, falls a bit short -largely due to the somewhat loose fit between the phone and the case.

What you see is what you get. The product purchase and delivery was handled professionally. Definitely will continue shopping from your Site for future phone related items. I'm fully satisfied.

Delivery was faster than estimate- one day!
