I used to be a frequent user of hyperbeam but, as of late the service has started to become laggier and have more issues arise than solved. I used to be able to use the proxy feature and watch on all streaming services but not even with the proxy big services like hulu will not allow you to watch video. Then, without a proxy the service is just a laggy mess altogether with frequent buffering, this app used to be great but with every passing day it gets worse.

Hello, Sorry to hear you are running into these issues. For you or anyone suffering these issues, we do have steps we can take to narrow down the cause and fix them, you can contact us by sending an issue report on the app, or sending an email to [email protected]! We have been working hard on a massive website update that will hopefully be done soon! Due to some specific things you said about proxy, I think I can make a specific test build of the proxy unique to you to find why your service has declined. Send us an email and we can look into things for you for sure!

Bad reviews are just from people who aren’t good with technology, I love hyperbeam.

I logged into my spotify account to play some music thinking nothing bad would come from it, nobody else was in the room with me or anything! An hour later while i was listening to my playlist, my music suddenly stopped. Confused, I checked if maybe the app needed an update or something but it didn’t. I had been kicked out of my own account and when I attempted logging back in, it said my password was incorrect. This leaves me to believe that the site stole my data, hacked into my spotify account, changed the password, and effectively locked me out. Why? I don’t even know.

Hello, This is not possible. No one can see anything that you are browsing, or what you input because you are on a freshly opened virtual browser that is fully deleted when you close it. Was anyone else in the room with you, such as friends you invited? That is all I can think of. We no longer provide support via Trustpilot, but you can email us at [email protected], and I sent a request to reach out to you to help look into what the cause may have been.
