Hyperbeam is built for desktops and laptops at this time, so cell phones do not have access to features like the proxy at this time. Sorry for any confusion! The good news is if you are in your room with your friend, and they are on a desktop or laptop, they can activate the proxy for you to fix sites like that :) Hope that helps! Hello! Thanks for the feedback. We wanted to make sure we offered a robust free model, especially for those that cannot afford the subscription! That is what the 3 hour sessions are. You get a warning before the 3 hours hit, it's not closing early, just warning you that it is going to happen soon so it's not abrupt. You also are not banned, you just have to wait a few minutes before immediately reopening a room. It serves a few purposes for us, but there is absolutely nothing stopping a free users from having as many three hour sessions as they want! We chose this amount of time, because it's actually longer then the usual casual session, so they aren't affected too badly, and it's enough time for a small group of friends to get together, and watch a movie without much issue. Long binge watch sessions just have a bathroom break tossed in there, not so bad! We would be happy to answer any other questions you may have at [email protected]
