I usually book cars through IbookAcar.com to ensure I have insurance and to control my costs. A few months ago, Hertz charged me again although I had a prepaid voucher. I pointed it out to IbookAcar.com which did solve the problem to my complete satisfaction. Not only that, but the next time I booked a car with them and it was with Hertz, the voucher had complete, detailed instructions for the Hertz counter agent.

We booked a car from San Francisco to San Diego for 18 days. Everything ran perfectly and we had a really decent rate! We rang to collect the car a few hours later and that was no problem. At the end of the trip we needed to extend by 3 days and I must say that the car hire company laid on a heavy charge - but we have nothing but praise for ibookacar.com
