Good service, quick and easy car pick up and return.

I book-a-car - Edward and Fred were so helpful, kind, and understanding with me through initial health issues that meant I needed to delay my trip and then also with issues collecting a vehicle - which was not their fault in any way - but was to do with the channel of payment with Allamo i.e. they needed payment on pick up by credit card and I only had Dedbit card or cash as I was from New Zealand and did not own a Credit card for years. I-book-a-car was soooooooo kind and understanding to commit to a refund. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND USE THIS SERVICE IN THE FUTURE. I used IBookaCar because I always get a very nasty surprise at the desk when they add insurance if I book direct with the companies. I wanted to know EXACTLY what my costs would be and despite being concerned that I may have a fight on my hands when I got to the hire car company, everything was exactly as booked and priced. It was excellent and I will use them again every time I book from now on.

I was a bit nervous booking with an independent booking agent for Alamo car rental but the price was excellent and sales person was very helpful. We hired a car in Houston and then another in Los Angeles and were very satisfied.

Slight problem with receipt of voucher initially, but once resolved everything went like clockwork. Very good value for money.

I rented a car to alamo's orlando office through ibookacar and everything was perfect. The reservation was done, i received my car and good support when i had questions through the online chat. Will definitely use ibookacar for my next trip.
