I have hosted my web sites with ICDSoft for many years and am extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend them

I first started using ICDSoft back in 2002. Back then I was new to the Web arena and had a lot of support questions. Their support is second to none. Most times I would ( and mostly still do) get a response within 15 minutes and most of the time the solution to my problem was in the response. I use their shared hosting plans for all my sites. I've had to troubleshoot other people's Websites over the years. Virtually every provider I had to deal with I had to wait a minimum of 24 hours for any sort of support/response, sometimes longer. So what if ICDSoft doesn't have an 800 number. ICDSoft continues to rate 5-stars with this happy customer.

As a keen early user of technology, I often get in over my head. That's why I very much appreciate the quick, precise and effective help I get from ICDSoft tech team. Additionally their control panel is the most intuitive I have used and their help manual is complete and clear.

I can't think of many companies, except utilities, with whom I have had over 14 years of experience and it's simply mind blowing what an awesome product and customer service teams ICDSoft has. Over the years the hosting has added many features, products, data centers around the world and it just doesn't feel like the company has aged badly in all these years. Incredible people and customer-service-obsessed service.

The ICDSoft support team went way beyond our expectations in helping us move a complex Moodle installation from the old hosting provider to ICDHost. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They continued to check and adjust the configuration during the move of the software, database and domain name to the point where we now have a fully functioning site. Thank you ICDSoft!
