Fifteen Years of Complete Satisfaction with ICDSoft!
I have used ICDSoft to host my website since February 2004 when I knew absolutely nothing about hosting an e-commerce website. The support group at ISCSoft quickly became an extended member of my IT Departement which, at that time was just me! While I was amazed at the speed at which they responded to support tickets, I was blown away by their eagerness to help me through the learning curve. They even answered questions that had absolutely nothing to do with hosting my site. For example, I ran into PHP script errors and, as a last resort, I asked the ICDSoft support team if they could point me in the right direction. They actually looked into the pages with errors and provided advice on how to resolve. When I got ready to launch my first shopping cart system, I knew nothing about php databases. The ICDSoft Team patiently addressed my many questions and concerns while providing advice on how to optimally launch my first site. When my site was flagged for consuming excessive bandwidth due to poorly written PHP scripts, the ICDSoft Team could have immediately placed limits on my site. Instead, they advised on which scripts were causing the issue and even provided links to documentation where others had experienced the same problem and resolved the issue. While working to resolve the issue, ICDSoft generously allowed me plenty of time for resolution, testing, and to deploy the fixes; all without limiting my site. When my site was hacked, ICDSoft actually caught the hack and blocked the hackers as well as the vulnerable script that allowed them in. They even helped me identify an appropriate fix to the problem. I don't typically write reviews, but I am happy to make an exception in this case. In fact, I could go on with many more examples of the exemplary service provided by the ICDSoft Team. I realize there are cheaper (not by much) services, but I doubt I will ever leave unless I simply outgrow their services. Even then, it is my understanding that ICDSoft provides dedicated hosting that I would very likely utilize. For an e-commerce site owner with minimal technical experience and a very small team, there is nothing more valuable than a hosting company: 1) with an incredible up-time record, 2) that goes above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction while 3) ensuring your site is both secure and optimized. Fifteen years is a long time to be with any particular service provider, but I couldn't be more pleased with both their products and their service.
