After slogging around with the usual suspects (hostgator, godaddy, etc) for too long, I finally did a ton of research and found this company ICDsoft. That was over 10 years ago--and like everyone else here is saying, I never found a reason to go back. I love icdsoft! One example of how great they are: I heard an open consortium had developed LetsEncrypt free SSL certificates. So I told icdsoft I wanted to use LetsEncrypt. They emailed me back in a few minutes and said they were now working on using LetsEncrypt. A week later, they notified me that it was available. Maybe it was just a fantastic coincidence? Or is ICDsoft just THAT GOOD! They are super responsive, no-nonsense web hosting. Just love them.

I have had an account with ICDSoft since 2005. They continue to upgrade and their support is very prompt. I've never had a problem they couldn't resolve, usually within a few minutes. I should add, all of the problems were of my own making--I've never had a problem with their product.

We have been using ICDSoft for 15+ years and have found that their service is excellent and always improving. They respond to tickets within 15 minutes and if the issue is more complex - they send a message that they are working on it. They assist with many issues that traditional service support would consider not their issue. Pricing is competitive. I highly recommend ICDSoft

I have been hosting my own websites as well as client websites with ICDSoft for over 15 years. Their services, control panel and support are simply excellent. Plus they have a free reseller program and an affiliate program. I recommend them totally.

Best host ever, I have been with them for 15 years and still am surprised how fast and well they respond to tickets. Just yesterday I asked if they supported a new compression on the server, within 20seconds I had a reply, and within 24hrs they are looking to add this to their setup. Incredible! As they always are.

I have been hosting my sites and my clients sites with ICD Soft since 2003. They have been absolutely fantastic. The servers are great, the support is the best I've ever found. Even though there is no phone number to call, they reply so quickly to their tickets and they have helped me fix and find issues that I never would have been able to do without their help. I have tried many other hosts and I have to say there is no comparison.
