BAD COMPANY! First I noticed multiple charges on my card. Called my bank who confirmed they could see the additional charges from company but were unable to stop transactions until they were processed. The bank recommended I reach out to company. Company only available through email sent email advising of charges. Interestingly when the agent reached out for me she questing said charges and when I went back to my account the completely disappeared. They acted as if I made it up. That was the first red flag! I should have cancelled my order right then and there but it was a custom shirt for Father’s Day for my husband and I was really excited to surprise him with it. Cut too a few days later a tracking number is provided but only post info about 2days after receiving and they mailed through DHL /USPS. it showed at first it would arrive after Father’s Day which sucked but not too long after. Then it said delivered only to check my mailbox and not see the package. It’s like it completely vanished into thin air. When I contacted the seller to tell them my package never arrived even though the tracking they sent said it did. They resent the link to USPS and told me to check the tracking because according to them it arrived. Which obviously advises in my email that it was not there. They refused to help me from there and advised me to contact USPS. USPS who said they can’t find it and since the package wasn’t insured there was nothing they could do. WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!! DO NOT USE COMPANY POOR CUSTOMER SERVIE

Little to no contact from anyone . No tracking number given that works... Hey leave a review and the company speaks.. talk about poor communication... The company sux massively . Prob a scam. So tried the email they claim to fix issue and surprise no F ING responcev.responded.. 100% scam

Do not I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order over a month ago I have been sent 2 different tracking numbers for the same package from two different carries and neither on of them were valid. I have reached out several times with a run around response. Untrustworthy and frauds!!!!
