Brooklyn does a fantastic job proactively reaching out at time when it's most convenient, and when supplies are low. She turns a resupply chore on my list into a task that's done before I know it. I can't say "convenient" enough, and having her reach out and facilitate my resupply removes all the stress from the process and ensures my medical needs are filled so that I can go on about my day with one less worry.
