Like YOU are the only one...
Seamless transitions from one supportive iPromo Representative to another. I received attention to detail and expediency as if I was the only customer for the day. The quality is exceptional and I plan to keep IPromo on my list of businesses to support again when needed.

Ship Date was misleading.
My ship date was misleading and I got a real cold email response when I asked about it.

great service and product turn around!
we ordered flash drives for our holiday gift. The printing of the graphis is spectacular and our sales rep was very attentive and helped with all needs! Thank you!

Outstanding!
Our sales rep at iPromo went above and beyond to keep us informed about the status of our order after a flight from China was inadvertently cancelled causing great concern. Everything turned out great in the end, and the anxiety was certainly eased by staff at iPromo.
