I worked with Denise Lorence on a Monday afternoon telling her I needed to purchase 250 Memory Sticks with our logo on them and needed them to arrive that Thursday for an important mailing we needed to get out on Friday. Denise made sure I was aware of the timing so she could ensure everything would ship as planned. On Thursday when we were suppose to receive them, Denise called to let me know the plane had mechanical issues and didn't take off as expected and that we wouldn't receive until Friday. She was very sorry this happened and would work on getting a credit for some of the shipping charges. I felt that Denise went well above and beyond what was expected. Even when she made sure I was made aware of the plane issues, I thought wow this isn't something that is normally done. It made me feel good that she still was making sure me the customer was taken care of even after the sale. I would highly recommend IPromo especially with the great customer service that Denise gave me.

Sales process was timely and accurate. Product shipped as promised and in fact arrived early. What was submitted as a digital sample was what was shipped.

I didn't even complete the online inquiry and someone called. I had a mock-up of my design in hours and could have ordered that day. As it is I received my order weeks before I really needed it because the process was so painless. Well done.

I found this company on line when looking for a unique product for Reward and Reconition of my nursing staff. My first contact was excellent. She made sure I was getting what I wanted, when I wanted it - she was just fantastic. Product came and imprinting not quite as expected.
