Never received my reward for taking part in a COVID study. Their support was polite enough but they basically didn't ever resolve it and pay my reward and it got to a point where there was nothing further they could do. Thought it may have been a one off and I was unlucky, but having seen all these reviews, it seems they may be running a scam. I would beware.

Everyone put in a report to Australian Consumer Affairs (you can do this online and just need their ABN). This company owes me money! I have repeatedly emailed with no response. I completed their market research (Bambino Baby Care Journal). I'm owed $50. They tried to send the redemption option through Digital Prepaid Solutions and that company is a total scam (see all the reviews online). They have not processed my digital gift card request and no one will respond. It seems Ipsos is happy for people to do research for them but then not care about their rightful payment. They ignore you if you ask about your payment for the work you did for them.

I joined a panel where they install a VPN to your phone, they ask how many devices you have and ask you to install the VPN on them. On occasions I was harassed because I wasn't using my tablet, its something I use occasionally and didnt feel the harassment was fair. In addition, I had a call about another panel, I mentioned that I was already doing research, but I was not addressed. I was on the phone for almost an hour answering questions. I have been told today that I can only take part in one panel. So they got lots of free data from me >:(

Do NOT complete jobs for this company. They will absolutely rip you off. I worked an entire week on a project that required me to drive all over town. I received emails stating my jobs were accepted and I would be receiving payment so I continued doing the jobs. After I completed the project and submitted it they rejected it even though I submitted receipts proving my location and time. I requested to be able to fix what they claimed was the issue and I was not granted permission to go back and fix it. Ultimately I worked an entire week for them for free. They got their reports and I didn't receive payment.This company is unethical, and unprofessional. I would recommend working for any company but Ipsos. If zero stars was an option that would be my rating. You WILL get ripped off and end up working for free for them. This company should be shut down for unethical practices.

From bad to worse. The worst thing I have ever done in my life was to sign up to ipsos. It took total control of my mobile, would switch on and off at will, deleted other apps, took 90 per cent off my broadband speed, inundated me with messages and emails, and more. I thought I use the points I had and then get out. I thought I'd swapped the points for a gift voucher. The points disappeared but no sign of the vouchers. And you can't contact them. I've no idea what's going on.

Just been cold-mailed by them, it is an obvious scam with gullible people tagging! Stay away, bin the letters. Hopefully people who look up for them will see these and we can make a difference

Pays more per survey than the other one. Confusing getting payout, but I've done it a few times and they do pay.

Stay away from this site, they want your details they let you do surveys but they DON'T PAY OUT!! Total SCAM merchants KEEP AWAY!!
