I’ve been a member of ipsos for years and they were great; I never had a problem with them up until the past few months. I received plenty of surveys which I was able to complete, and received the points with no issue. Suddenly, this has changed. I still get emailed surveys but always get screened out; there can be a list of six surveys when I log in but once I’m screened out of the first survey then the other surveys disappear so I can’t even answer the screening questions, giving me no opportunity to complete them. I’ve been gaining 3 points per day I receive an email if I’m luckily. It’s no longer worth it for me to attempt to complete these surveys.

Geregeld vul je een volledige vragenlijst in en krijg je daarna de punten niet. Altijd een smoesje dat nergens op slaat.

Pages do not load properly, website crashes a lot and i am often sent invites to surveys then told not available when logging into my account . The biggest frustration is when i get most way through answering the questions on a survey having spent time completing them, sometimes up to 20 minutes only for the page to crash. 😡. Looking at so many negative reviews here leads me to believe its just a waste of my time even bothering. In future i wont.

Seit der Umstellung nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Man bekommt dubiose Links, die sich aber nicht öffnen lassen, um an die Belohnung zu kommen. Zeitverschwendung! Früher gut, jetzt unseriös!

I was a member of Ipsos for several years and generally speaking enjoyed the experience. The rewards were quick and the surveys put together pretty well. But I had a tech problem and Darin was useless. I went back and forth with him 20 times and he kept going in circles. I sent him photos of what was happening and he ignored those to jerk me around. After being unable to take a survey for about a month I finally deleted my account. Darin didn't perform to the standards I have grown to expect from that site and Ipsos should fear an incompetent employee making them look so bad.

If I could give no stars, I would. We had a cold call today even though we have a No Cold Calling sign on our door!! This should have been respected. Her query was regarding listening to the radio (apparently) & despite being told we don't she persisted in asking a lot of personal questions of my husband. He is too polite to refuse but I am not & I told her to stop and go away. She tried to justify her actions by telling us Ipsos works for the government, the BBC & commercial radio stations. I told her that in that case what she asked for was none of their's, or her's business. She then left.

Sent me a letter asking me to complete a survey online regarding TV viewing habits for a company called Barb. Did a check on ipsos first and found they had a bad reputation on trustpilot so I proceeded with caution. However, after answering a few questions it became clear the survey was becoming very intrusive and no they can't have my phone number or email address, I don't want bombarding with spam thank you. I abandoned the survey part way through, seems like they want my entire life history.

Cold calling on my mobile phone when I asked where they had got my number and the caller to identify themself was spoken to in a rude way and hung up on.
