I wouldn't even given them one star if it was possible. I submitted an inquiry about a bathroom remodel and within an hour I had at least 5 calls from vendors. I finally asked them to take me off a call list, that NEVER happened. I get between 4-6 calls a day, when I ask to be taken off the call list some get rude and talk over me, trying to bully me into listening to them. I am 100% NOT interested in using Jacuzzi Bathroom Remodel and caution anyone else thinking about submitting an inquiry.

I called for an estimate & received a call from a subcontractor. After the address was verified I was asked if I own the home, I said yes. Then the subcontractor threw out a name & asked if I know the person. I said yes, he is the co-owner. How & why did they get his name??? I felt violated. The call rep insisted, with high pressure, that the co-owner be present for an estimate. I refused & canceled the appointment. I have 2 other appointments, neither of which require co-owner participation for an estimate.

These people are literally harassers I only went to the website to browse and found someone else to do the job they are blowing up my phone non stop my god

One star is more than I want to leave!! They Rush you to make a decision for a discount, give you phone numbers to call with questions. Calls are not answered or returned! Voice mails are full. No one takes your call. Zero follow up. We were promised 6-8 weeks Months later we haven't heard anything. We were chasing them until we wanted to cancel and all the sudden we are getting calls everyday!!! Horrible to deal with Warning!!! Do not get involved with this company!!

I'm sick of seeing constant ads..it seems like every channel and every other ad is about their service and installation...if they are so good why all the ads...if not to save their companies reputation..I see our air time being controlled more and more..taking away our relaxation to see programs that no longer have that air time...especially the high cost of tv services to see them...

Salesperson came out, long story short got a price of 35,000 and if I signed today, it would be 30,000. No one day installation and labor is not free. It is a joke. As soon as I told him my son was a plumber, he left.

Jacuzzi bath remodel way over priced. You can go to Home Depot and purchase top of the line equipment for around $3,500 and find a good qualified handiman for about $4,000 labor. You will have a beautiful walk-in shower for $7,500 in stead of $20,000 from Jacuzzi.
