Chain broke after one week without reason (no force or tension). Called and emailed to report many times but no response at all from Jawa. Poor quality and poor service.

The expess shipping took over a week but I do love the figaro chain!

I didn’t realize that the bracelet I ordered isn’t solid gold, but brass plated in gold. I generally do not order fake jewelry as it doesn’t tend to last long. And it’s not filled with diamonds, some of it seems to be filled with metal dots. Not nearly as sparkly as pictured. Not too happy with my purchase to be honest.

Place an order a week ago, sent 2 emails and Nobody has reach out to me. Don’t have a tracking number yet and been calling the phone and nobody answers. I’m starting to believe this is a scam and I want my money back.

I asked you to get In touch with me before you shipped it because I wanted to change the length. Bottom line is you get what you pay for
