I ordered a 8mm gold rope chain from…good customer service!
I ordered a 8mm gold rope chain from Jawa Jewelers. Once receiving the chain I realized it wasn’t what I had expected. I sent it back the following day. About a week later I was refunded my money. Good customer service!

I love how fast I received my 2 separate purchases. After I paid and made my order both orders came to me in 2 days. This was pleasing. The packages were done correctly so my jewelry would not get damaged. I appreciate the quality of the entire process of purchasing jewelry from this company. I most definitely will by many more items.
