I’ve been using JivoChat, and it keeps getting better with every update. It’s been a great tool for helping my business grow.

Honestly no other app could offer what they offer at their price. We're mostly using it for the Whatsapp integration, and chat statistics to better manage my communication channels.

I use Jivo and am quite satisfied I use Jivo in my website and especially the WhatsApp integration is quite good. I don't really understand the other reviews here being so negative to be frank. Their customer service has always been quite helpful and the app just does exactly what it promises. It's a 5-star from me, I'd recommend it.

Excellent features with a very tiny price. Only one buggy features so far and it's not much. Frankly bravo. Regarding the support, on my case it was excellent. Keep the hard work team Jivo !

JivoChat is a simple Livechat with features that can be implemented and get started in minutes. I was having issues with my social media messengers, and JivoChat came the the recue. The deployment was quick and easy. The mobile apps are perfect. Everything works as it is supposed to.

We have 8 sites we operate all simutanus. There is no better chat plugin alternative for us. Been a user for 6 months and by using the official Jivochat app I have been able to capture leads on the go. Keep on going strong, JivoChat. Love you<3

This is the best free live chat plugin I’ve ever used! Easy to set up and use. I got alot of websites but not really high payment so I love that you can have unlimited websites in this package (even free!). Still tho, the PRO function is cheap enough for anyone to use and you'll just increase the seats whenever you get a new agent on board with you. Support also helps free users, fast answer. I am using WordPress and love JivoChat! :)
