My order said "processing" so I reached out to JMAC to see what this meant. They informed me that it was ordered straight from the manufacturer. They placed me on hold and reached out to them on my behalf and not only gave me an ETA, but also a tracking number, and had the manufacturer send me an email update as well. Quick phone response and went above and beyond. 11 out of 10

Very helpful and responsive over the phone when PayPal changed the shipping address and I didn't notice until it was too late. Also very helpful in finding replacements for my obsolete CO detectors. Both TJ and Ryan (?) were polite and friendly. Fast delivery too.
