I’m truly grateful for everything I learned in this class. Coaches Joe and Gavin were thorough, patient, and passionate about teaching. Their knowledge and encouragement helped me see land investing and development from a different perspective and gave me the confidence to keep moving forward. Thank you, Joe and Gavin, for sharing your knowledge and helping me take the next step toward my goals! Ame H

As a person who is a certified private money broker this has been very helpful in showing me easy processes to use in order to find land/properties that I can buy with private money and be able to flip to buyers in order to make money being a dirt flipper. This will help me in my real estate business greatly and I am very grateful to Joe and his friend who offered such a great challenge with infinite information on this whole process to make this simple and easy to follow. The value of this event is priceless and anyone in the real estate business would benefit from this five day challenge.

Thank you, Joe, for putting together a program, which is simple to understand, practical, educational, and, focused on taking action. I am glad I have joined the 5 Day Dirt Challenge and joined the Dirt Flippers Community nd Mentorship Program. Looking forward to learn and grow. I apreciate that the program gives us all a clear direction, we get access to free software and resources; it encourages us to implemment immediately what we learned. I am in the residential home investing for alnors 25 years and I know that results depend on our own effort, consistency and ability to apply the lessons. The program is helping to open a new opportunity to me to look at land flipping. Hope, it'll be an exciting journey.

The value and education involved in the challenge is unbelievable. He gives you plenty of knowledge and tools to get started making money.

Joe and Gavin were very informative and easy to listen to. They shared so much about the business and different ways we can make it happen with OPM. I will be joining their community soon. You will love the challenge it only takes a couple hours out of your day but very worth it.

Pretty excited about the free stuff, that really take you to the next level. I’ve taken a lot of online, like most have. Joe really knows what he’s talking about and wants everyone to succeed. I wish him and my fellow classmates the best of luck

Wrapping up the 5-Day Flip Dirt Challenge and wanted to say something about the class itself, not the homework. I've sat through a lot of training. Seventeen years in refinery safety means I've taught it, audited it, and been on the receiving end of the kind that exists to check a box. This wasn't that. Every day ended with a task you could finish that night, and each day's task built on the last one. Pick a state. Pick counties off real sales data. Message a listing agent. Run the offer formula. Find a buyer and a realtor. By Friday I had a working pipeline and I hadn't spent a dollar on marketing. Two things stood out. First, Joe and Gavin teach the mechanics and the psychology in the same breath. The "steps 7 and 8" talk on Day 3, about people freezing on funding and closing so they never do marketing and offers, described exactly what I would have done. Second, they were honest about the numbers. Thirty offers per deal. Seventy-five to ninety percent of deals from follow-up. Nobody promised me a check. I haven't closed a land deal yet. I have five agents contacted, five offers calculated on real comps, a buyer list started, and four written offers scheduled for next week. That's what a good class is supposed to produce. Thank you Joe, Gavin, and everybody in this group who posted their homework. Seeing other people's counties and offers made mine better. Jeremy

I think what was very helpful was not only listening to the training, but seeing the organizational structure using the Mind Mapping. It was helpful to see where all the details fit into the big picture of wholesaling. Another very positive aspect of this challenge with the bite-sized action steps that were required after each days' teaching. They certainly were not overwhelming, but enough to apply what was taught. And thank you for recording the sessions for those of us who weren't able to make it for every session. This challenge was great, not only for new beginners, but also for those of us who have had previous course knowledge, but just needed that extra guidance to start working through the process.
