By completing the 5 day challenge today, I have learned a lot. Due to my background not being in real estate or marketing what so ever, I'm glad that I had joined this challenge. Even the homework that I was given, what I had learned throughout the week was incredibly beneficial, enjoyable and easy to do and I'm not a big fan of homework at all. I'm glad to have had this opportunity to learn something new and I'm looking to step way out of my comfort zone. Joe and his team are very fast to answer any questions and concerns that I have and will have when continuing on with my journey through this. Thanks again Joe for giving me hope that there is something out there that is worth my time and money.

Much more interactive and action steps than expected! I had low expectations. I took a week of work to thoroughly test the dirt flipper system. I was converted by Day 3. Group trainings are not typically this interactive with such effective accountability. I am impressed by Joe and the teams attention to our challenges and fears, and their massive effort to remove those road blocks, and their commitment to seeing everyone succeed is self-evident.

Joe's course for the week was one of the best I have ever attended - he is thorough but direct and truly has your best interest at heart for you to be successful with an enormous amount of support - I highly recommend this course and Dirt Flippers

This experience is like no other. Joe and Gavin genuinely want you to succeed. Like they said, everyone wins. That's how it should be in business. They really hit the nail on the head with attacking the implementation issue honestly, directly, and more than once. All the flipping knowledge in the world won't make you rich without implementation any more than all the health and nutrition knowledge in the world won't make you fit if you never get off the couch. That's the difference with these guys. They inspire you to get off the couch and then show up to partner with you once you're off.

This challenge was comprehensive, covering all aspects of the land investing business. It made the decision to become a Dirt Flipper a no-brainer.
