The 5 Day Flip Dirt Challenge was such a gamechanger for us, Joe shared ALL his secrets and how-to’s and I’ve already completed my homework assignments that have led me to already emailing agents and getting ready to send my first offer! Thank you, Joe!

The dirt flippers 5 day challenge gives you so much information and extras. I was a vip it came with joes book and audio. 25 hot states a whole broken down spread sheet with video. A 7 day action plan for after the challenge and access to the vip calls. Plus he gives you golden nuggets in the challenge. So much info and tools. He believes in you before you believe i yourself. Im new to this an im excited to take the action. I unfortunately lost.my job so i cant join the member program. But recommend it to anyone that is interested in dirt flipping or anyone new who wants to learn more. Thank you joe and Gavin for an amzing week.

I think that Joe and Gavin are real and authentic people, “the real deal”. I found the flip dirt challenge to be loaded with enough information to be able to implement the program and get your first deal. Even though I was not able to take advantage of Joe’s mentorship program, I highly recommend if you can do it that you definitely should do it. He over delivers and really cares about you being successful. The flip dirt challenge helped me get into the right mindset and the homework given really helped me get there. I can’t say enough about this challenge and what I have learned. Thank you so much Joe and Gavin.

Most in depth land flipping challenge ever!! The VIP session was a game changer for me personally. Joe McCall has re-defined real estate investment education worldwide, setting the pace for all other programs out there.

Joe provides an abundance of insight and information in his 5-day challenge. I've learned so much.

I joined Joe’s Flip Dirt 5 Day Challenge and it was very inspiring and informative! I also joined the VIP sessions and had group interactive sessions with Joe and Gavin. I highly recommend this challenge because it is actionable and powerful! You won’t regret it!

I have gone through Joe's Flip Dirt challenge I am very excited about what I have learned. I can't wait to work with him and his team.

It’s Sunday and I’m still reeling from all the grand information in the challenge; it’s been a great week. For me, before starting the challenge I knew I already had projects I was committed to but also knew that this material and course of action fits into my overall plan for wealth so I was sure to attend every event and do every assignment. Of course, no surprise to Joe and the team I’m sure, Joe exceeded any expectations and with not only what he said, but in what he did through his actions (he also added some great bonuses “on the fly” as the course unfolded!). This tells me that he is understating and underselling what is provide in his course. Plus, the support team was great and responsive in getting back to me. I can’t say enough. I’m glad to participate. T Scott
