My experience with Joe and the Flip Dirt Challenge was great. He really knows what he is talking about. He was very knowledgeable about what works to make sure we would see results. I would even retake the challenge just to make sure I did not miss anything.

Wow, what an amazing 5-Day journey of knowledge during The Flip Dirt Challenge. Thank you, Joe McCall and team, for everything! This was not just a seminar; it was a real Challenge – you had us learn the software, conduct our research and due diligence, and build a solid foundation for our Real Estate Investing and Land Flipping strategy. It allows me to commit to taking “Massive Imperfect ACTION” Now and stop letting fear or “Analysis Paralysis” keep me from making offers and building my business. Took Action with my first two emails to Seller Agents in my selected Counties on Day 3! Now I need to find a way to invest in the Mentor Program.

I've been attracted repeatedly to the no frills approach Joe McCall and his team take on land flipping. I am appreciative of the support I've received and the clear identification of action to close the gap between where I am at and financial freedom. Im looking forward to moving deeper into the process and excited to continue taking action towards creating the preferences I desire for myself, family, and community.

I loved how organized and comprehensive the course was. I also really liked the fact that the homework that we had to do actually got us taking our first steps into doing deals. This was a great experience!

A Review of "Flip Dirt" Land Flipping Training with Joe McCall I’ve attended quite a few land flipping classes in the past 3 months but Joe McCall’s "Flip Dirt" training stands out as by far the best. What truly impressed me is how Joe has simplified what initially seemed like a complex process. His strategies are slightly different from others I’ve encountered, but they are incredibly effective and practical. Joe provided us with a clear and comprehensive blueprint that has fully equipped us to get started in this business. His approach demystifies the process and gives us confidence to take action. I genuinely appreciate the transparency and the actionable insights he shared. Thanks to this training, none of us attendees have any excuses left—we now have a solid foundation to succeed in land flipping. I’m excited to put these strategies into practice and look forward to returning in three months to share my progress and success stories. I have registered my LLC, made a number of offers that I'll be following up on in the new week. Highly recommended for anyone serious about entering the land flipping industry!

Every part if this zoom was amazing! I can’t wait to get started, changing my family tree of wealth building! On day at a time

Joe is down to Earth, no fluff, all value. I really enjoyed the the Flip Dirt Challenge, got a lot out of it and will continue to as I grow my business! It's also fun and interesting!

Great program easy to follow! Working mom 3 kiddos have been able to keep up with the program over the weekend with a full time job.
