What made my experience great was that my nurse went over everything with me. We discussed how much weight I have lost and she re ordered my GLP1 that was not sent. I was very pleased with my appointment

Because of travel, I had to put prescription on hold. Then, when I took it off of hold, i was told it was reordered and sent, but it never came. It took two phone calls, and a couple of hours online to try and get my medication. And it still took 3 -4 weeks for me to get my meds. This is absolutely ridiculous. You guys offshore customer service, they're unable to help, they won't/can't escalate, and I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my meds. It's 2026, this is unacceptable. Worst customer service and most incompetent people and technology.

I would not recommend Embody based on my experience with their customer service. I have been trying to resolve a medication dosage issue since October 1, and despite multiple phone calls, I still have not received the correct dosage or a clear resolution. Each time I contact customer service, I am told that the issue is being "escalated," but no one follows up, and no meaningful action is taken. Today is October 14, and after nearly two weeks of repeated calls and emails, I am still waiting for answers. I have provided all the information needed to investigate and correct the problem, yet communication has been poor and the issue remains unresolved. When dealing with prescription medications, timely and accurate service is critical. Customers should not have to repeatedly call for updates or chase down a resolution. The lack of responsiveness and follow-through has been extremely frustrating and has significantly diminished my confidence in this company. There are many other GLP-1 providers available, and my advice is to do your research before committing to this one. Based on my experience, Embody has failed to provide the level of customer service and support that customers deserve.

I started with a monthly prescription and after the 1 st month I upgraded to the 3 month plan by paying the difference of the 2 months. After paying the 2 months difference they charged me another month without my authorization. It took me talking to 2 representatives to get a refund. After that issue my prescription was delayed and I missed a whole week which interrupted my progress. Just got my 2nd month vial and hopefully will not have this issue again.

Nothing but problems with this company. Second shipment was very late making me miss my weekly dose of medicine. Poor communication. So I cancelled. They still owed me one more month of medicine. Paid in advance. The box arrived with no medication in it. Just syringes and alcohol pads. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
