I was happy after talking to the provider but I haven’t received my medication yet and it’s happening for second month that the company is late for sending and i stayed without medication and I couldn’t use and respect my due time for my injection which is not good

They charged my cc Oct 6 as of Oct 19 they still have not sent my meds. I will have gone 3 weeks with no meds but they sure charged my card for it. If I do get it in a week I’ll have 1 week left and they will charge me again. If they can’t support the clients they have they shouldn’t be allowed to add more. This can’t be healthy to start a med and 4 weeks later be off for 3 weeks because they didn’t send it. Then go back on it once it finally arrives. I’m sure no doctor would say that good for your body. Seems they only care about collecting your money not delivering your meds.

Miguel, my case manager is always very attentive. If he misses my call, he returns it or text occasionally to check in with me to make sure everything is OK.

The pharmacy really made a mess out of 1 of my scripts. I called Chill, he called back in minutes set up an appointment with Doctor same day. A new script was sent it and all cleared up in a couple hours... easy. Thanks Chill!
