I started conversation with them the end of July. I have a medical device that came apart and had a very complex surgery to replace it. The first guy was very nice. Then I heard nothing for some time so I called back and got another person. She said that my case was passed on for someone to review. I want to send more personal items from my surgery that would help my case but I need some assurance on who is looking at them and so far I don't have that. I hope this works for me, but please reach out:))

Just point has been good so far I just noticed in the reviews there's no reviews from anybody that actually got some compensation for their case. That's the only thing that's worrying me but so far so good..

It's only about the money
Just point called me... Not the other way around... They were getting info from a lawsuit against beechnut and Gerber baby foods causing ADHD I spoke with a man named Jarvis, all in all we spoke about three or four times.... Rehashing my child's life, the problems, becoming his advocate and dealing with schools and doctors. Needless to say it was upsetting going back and rehashing this... They took all this personal info and then when I called back asking for Harvis, he answered the phone calling himself Jay???! Long story short we did not qualify according to them and never got an explanation as to why.... They made me go back years of heartache and were totally unconcerned... I would never ever use this company as obviously all they care about is the money they're going to get out of it 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
