Just Wetsuits has great customer service. I ordered during Coronavirus lock down and realized I needed to overnight it after I already put the order in. I left a message and they called back and took care of it right away. When we got the wetsuit, there was an issue with it, and I called and they let my son use it for his lake swim until the replacement came. I would certainly order from them again. I trust that they will stand by their product and be responsive if any issues arise.

Kristen was so helpful and guided me to the perfect open water swimming wetsuit. I'm a strong swimmer, but a total novice to open water swimming, and with all pools closed due to the novel coronavirus, I was determined to get into chilly Puget Sound. Searching online really didn't tell me much, but once on the phone with Kristen, I knew I was in good hands. Based on my goals and ability, she narrowed the search to three manufacturers, with a couple price points each. She specified my size for each -because they are different across the board, and I chose the Orca Equip. It arrived the same week, and fits me perfectly! I sent two friends to Kristen and they have had the same excellent help. Highly recommended!

Great product and keeps my hands and fingers warm in the open water. Would not train in 58 degree temps without it!
