Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast, but I do not care for the fragrence.

Hi Kerry, glad the shipping was fast, but not happy that the fragrance is not to your liking. Looks like you may have purchased mineral makeup, which should not have a fragrance as they are pure minerals, so I'm wondering if there is a problem. Products are great but problem with …
Products are great but problem with shopping e experience I’m not The website is easy to navigate and quite not accessible for screen readers It took almost 1 hour to order one product.

Very disappointed in this Lip Whip
Very disappointed in this Lip Whip. The packaging is pretty but the balm is by far not great. It smells good and is pretty but is very drying and wears off super fast. After applying it several times within an hour because my lips felt dry, I noticed my lips started looking chapped. It’s almost like it aucks the moisture right out. I feel it was made with cheap products. A very expensive balm for what it delivers.

Disappointed
Lip balm is not moisturizing at all. Very disappointed with my purchase. Also, very small containers. Not worth the price. Purchase was refunded in full immediately. Amazing customer service!

Thought there would be more pigment to…
Thought there would be more pigment to the lip whip and it doesn’t last long

Amy, thanks for your honest feedback. How much color a woman wants is really subjective and our whips were formulated to be buildable from sheer to more opaque--but clearly not opaque enough to your liking! Too expensive
Product seems ok but in addition to pricey shipping fees, I also had to pay taxes and duty (you could have sent it as a 'gift') so in the then a $48 product cost me $125.

Nicole, I am really sorry that you incurred so much extra to ship internationally. This is one part of the process that we have so little control as the taxes, duty and shipping as just passed through at our cost. We actually ship quite a bit internationally and try all the tricks to save what we can for our customers. Gifting doesn't work when we ship in volume, as we have tried that in the past. To ease the sting, I have sent you a 20% refund on your original purchase credit card. Thanks for reaching out. --Lisa

The balm was thicker than expected
The balm was thicker than expected, didn't look like the picture at all. The color was terrible but the worst part was the smell and taste. Just applying this gave a horrible taste in my mouth and when I forgot and licked my lips it was sooooo bad. It did not provide any additional moisture than much cheaper products. The two stars are for the cool pot the product was in, made it feel classy. I would not recommend this to anyone.
