I made my first purchase here because a friend of mine recommended this shop to me. I had a smooth transaction and I can easily access its website. The only problem I had was the delivery. But they were able to help me.

I appreciate the pamphlet attached to my shipment which describes all the benefits of taking wheatgrass. It arrived as promised. Will keep ordering.

My order accidentally got mixed up, I ordered their essential cleansing oil but instead they gave me the essential serum. After I reached their customer support, they helped me get my correct order. I hope this won't happen next time I order.

Sienna, I'm so glad we were able to get your order straightened out--I hope it was quickly. Seems that everyone in the shipping business is understandably over-worked these days, so a few more mistakes are happening than usual. Thanks for reaching out and giving us a second try--we appreciate it! --Lisa

I thought it was going to be better than what I had been buying at a much better price. I was wrong it was in no way worth the money. Lesson learned higher price isn’t always a better product.

When I purchased the product it appeared to be pink tinted. That is the main reason I purchased as it is pricey for the amount in the jar. It is not a bad product but it is basically a translucent peppermint flavored gloss which was disappointing.
Response from Kari Gran· Aug 2, 2019
Oh no Elizabeth, we want you to love your purchase! It is tinted pink in the jar, but you are right, it is barely pink, almost just a blush on the lip. Would you like to try another with more pigment, like Radiant or would you like a refund instead? Just let us know--we want you to be delighted! Thanks for giving it a try. [email protected]

The product wasn’t as great as I’d hoped. Color faded quickly and required a lot of reapplication, and it was messy also. I prefer bullet glosses. Love that it’s organic and pepperminty.

The balm has a nice consistency and feels good going on, however I do have to reapply it frequently. I wanted to love it, but unfortunately it doesn’t work any better for me than other less expensive products.

I ordered because I love rose gold and it looked beautiful on instagram. I had high hopes, but was disappointed. It looked pretty enough in the jar, but was hardly and color at all on my lips. It smelled great, but didn’t have any lasting power, I felt I had to reapply it constantly. Would not spend $24 on this if I had to do it again.

Oh no Carol, sorry to hear that Rosie Gold didn't live up to your expectations. Rosie is not highly-pigmented like some of our other whips, so please send me an email if you would like to try another, or would prefer a refund as we would like you to be delighted with your purchase. Thanks for reaching out. [email protected]
