The wonderful customer service!!

Packing was very neat. At the moment I did not realize there was an item missing until a couple of weeks later. I emailed them and they responded very quickly! I got my missing item and the support I got was very helpful.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I ordered a belt set for my son for Christmas on November 28,2025 and still has not shipped. Very disappointed in this company.

Had gotten a belt a little too big so wanted to exchange for a different size the whole process was simple and efficient only took couple days to process but overall great customer service.
