Great prices and excellent customer service. I ordered several parts for building a Voron 3D printer. They provided me exactly what I asked for. I under-estimated how much slack was available on a belt when cutting it. While I felt the amount of slack was pretty light, it was definitely my fault. Kris was responsive and sent me a whole new belt anyways. On my 2nd order, I ordered a part which required 2 fuses. I accidentally only added 1 fuse to my order. Kris noticed this, emailed me and included the 2nd fuse. That attention to detail is unmatched by any company I've purchased from in years. I would highly recommend KB3D and will order from them again on future projects.
