No tracking sent. Asking for review BEFORE package was delivered.
Response from KB3D LLC· Sep 6, 2021
Hi Thom. Tracking information for your order was sent on 9/1 and your order is scheduled for delivery tomorrow! If you can't find our update in your spam folder, send us a message and we're happy to provide this for you. Our review invitations are automated by TrustPilot and typically arrive after order delivery (X days from order date.) Sometimes though, carrier delays reverse that timeline. I hope you'll come back and re-evaluate after your order is recieved. Kris @ KB3D

I ordered a spider controller for a voron 2.4 I will build in near future. They were very customer focused and contacted me regarding a shipping issue and voluntarily upgraded the shipping for timely arrival. I will continue to use KB-3D as a source for parts.

Thanks Joshua! One of our top priorities is enabling builds to progress as intended. We'll always do our best to make that happen!
