Scam exchange. Don't waste your time and certainly don't deposit any funds. New user bonuses are fake and will be denied. If they somehow awarded, you won't be able to withdraw profits so don't bother.

You are not able to delete your account within the web version and if you contact support they'll ask you for an ID. They are rude and give you no solution.

I had two accounts, both of which were blocked and all my money was mine. I never applied for a bonus and never used the bonus. All my money was mine. They blocked me. I even verified my identity and my identity was accepted, but the account was blocked and they won't let me withdraw my money.
