I am having problems with @KCEX_Official I have deposited $1300,00 dollars, and after 2 months trading I had a profit of $300,00 dolars. Now my account is on risk control. I did nothing wrong. Can you help me please? UID:53871275. Somebody knows if I can contact anyone to help me?

They gave me a Bonus of 250 USD for regristration and completing simple tasks like executing a trade with Stop-Loss and Take-Profit order. I made Profit from the Bonus and could withdraw it. At the first withdraw, my account got frozen. However, the support team managed to unfreeze my account within 1 day. They didn't sent me an email, when this happened but I just figured out by myself that I can continue trading. I continued making profit and this time I could withdraw everything without problems. My suspiscion is, that they maybe have an own deadpool and since this platform isn't that big it has less trading volume. This could make it easier for arbitrage traders to misuse the platform and it is harder to detect. Some people say, that they are scammers but I really doubt so, because of the above mentioned reasons.

I have been waiting over 48 hours for the release of my funds without a clear reason.

Traded on KCEX for just 1 week, everything normal. Suddenly, they froze my withdrawals and closed my account permanently, no warning, no explanation — and I can’t withdraw my funds. Extremely disappointing.

Beware of this broker. After a big win, they simply confiscated my profits and the money I deposited. They claimed the transaction was fraudulent and terms were violated.
