Nearly 2 months and still waiting for shipping to complete. Shouldve known drop shipping out of China would take so long. Thats on me.

Hello. As we explained in our previous reply, your package was selected for a random customs inspection; due to the unpredictable nature of this process, we cannot guarantee the original delivery time.

The product was well packaged and received in excellent condition. They look very nice on my keyboard and were no trouble to install. I got them quick and with no hassle.

Excellent products, well made and decently fast shipping considering where they come from. My only complaint is that the company charges shipping for each individual item, which increased the total cost by $23, the most I've ever paid for shipping. That said, I love the product and it was worth every penny.
