For the most part, I have had positive experience with KicksGeneration store. The only thing that would be great to improve, if possible, would be product available time. ,often than not, pre-ordered products are available 3, 4, or more months after they have been released on other stores.

Quick/timely shipping!

The item I wanted had gone out of stock but because I signed up for notifications I was emailed a day or so later and was able to snag one before it went out of stock again, albeit at a slightly higher price than I had initially found. I also decided to add another item to my order to be able to get free shipping. My package shipped quickly, and was well packed in peanuts, but could have used bubble wrap around both of the items (only one was bubble wrapped). They both arrived in excellent condition however and survived the box being beat up a little, so the packing peanuts did their job well enough. I’ve missed Kicks and am happy to see them back, will definitely keep purchasing from them in the future!

Had an item i've been looking for. Been looking around the internet or a specific item and they had it at a great price. This had happened twice now.

Shipping is slow and overpriced. other than That everything is great

The state of the collectible was perfect, the box not so well (one corner ruined). The sender was so kind planing everything so I got the delivery on time before leaving the delivery location, which is highly appreciated. In the future I would request other collectibles without hesitations. Highly recommended.

Everything good. Except that they promised to reach out before shipping since I am changing addresses and I almost didn’t get my package. Since they’re expensive collectibles I wouldn’t be cool if I didn’t get it.
