Order was placed August 5th and it took basically a month to arrive which was not timely for what I needed it for. Out of all fairness though, when I emailed my concerns your response was quick and professional.

I never received the package. I emailed the company and have yet to receive a response.

I never received my purchase so I canceled the order and requested a refund. I was informed via email that my payment was refunded; however, the refund has not yet shown up on my card.

The board itself is very thin and not sturdy. I feel that a lot of the activities on the board are not suitable for a one year old.
