Kindly Toys provided exceptional customer service for me when we lost a letter in our name puzzle - we were disappointed, but they made it easy to get replacements. I hadn’t interacted with them before, as the puzzle was a gift, but they made it very easy! The puzzle/busy board was already one of my son’s favorite toys, and my experience with the company has been phenomenal.

We bought this puzzle for our son and he absolutely adores it! It’s in his room on display and he loves to play with it. It has helped him learn how to spell his name! Great quality and highly recommend!

I bought a toy from kindlytoys.com. The toy was defective so I provided a video to the company that promises to refund you if the toy is defective. The beads were very difficult to move and the wires could come out easily even after tightening them with the little tool provided. They didn’t believe it was defective enough to provide a refund and claimed that it would resolve over time even though it was obviously not true and easily proven by the video I sent them. Their policy clearly states that they will provide a full refund for defective items. Instead they offered a 30% refund. I refused so they offered a 50% refund. I refused and demanded that they provide a full refund according to their policy. I didn’t want a replacement because the quality of the toy was so low and I fear that my baby can easily pull apart the wires and hurt herself. They didn’t ever reply to my last email. It was only when my bank got involved and fined them that they reached out to attempt to resolve the issue and then asked me to delete my review

My experience with this seller has been amazing! I had a bit of an issue and he was quick and kind in helping me! I ordered a custom busy board for my nephew and it was it was such good quality! I can’t wait to see him play with it!
