Can’t say enough about this company. Firstly, my daughter loves the abacus and has been playing with it daily since 6 months. I’ve had an issue with one of the metal pieces coming loose, contacted customer service on a Sunday to see if I could order the tool to fix (since I lost the original) and they got back to me on a wkd, with a solution and sending me a new tool. Highly recommend them for their dedication to customers and wonderful toys.

Product was very well made, very very pleased and shipping was very fast. Had no issues at all and was such a cute Christmas gift for my grandson.

This company holds standards that every company should have. I had a letter that was ruined and they were more than helpful in replacing the letter. Customer service got back to me within 12 hours of my request. 10/10 would recommend this company.

Great product and wonderful customer service. I purchased an animal board and busy board for my daughter - I thought I had ordered stands to stand them up but I was mistaken. When I reached out to customer service to clear it up, I received an immediate response. They were extremely helpful in explaining what I had originally ordered and how to get a stand. The stand arrived quickly and works great. Thank you so much for an awesome experience and adorable personalized products!

I received a custom puzzle for my son as a gift for Christmas and of course my dog chewed up one of the pieces. I reached out to see if it would be possible to get a replacement and indeed it was!! Customer service was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions and I was able to order a full set of replacement letters! (Possible to do just one but I figured it would be smart to get a full set). I couldn’t be happier with the help I received!!

Purchased some Montessori games for two of my nephews, I only received one. The one I received is missing the letter "O" puzzle piece from his name. The other one I never received. Very disappointed. Will not be purchasing again.
