Who of you uses the com.kitobase.platform?

My husband purchased a $60 iron in late Oct. for a Christmas gift for me. The Iron was damaged on the sole plate and not usable. I contacted Kitbose and they asked no questions as to what the damage or defect was. They just said it was purchased 2 months ago, sorry can't help you. It would have been nice to have at least felt heard.

If I could I would give no stars. It took them 1 week to tell me my order was cancelled since the item was out of stock. They were supposed to issue a refund. After the 8th business day no refund and they said they made a mistake and my order is still processing! Today makes it day 20 since I initially placed the order. Will never use this website

Horrible customer service, no phone numbers so you have to email them. You get partly response after 24 hours, only that you have to ask again, and they drag the full response to several days and finally give you a negative response. No timeline for shipment!!! It is not worth your time and frustration. I don't recommend it and will never do business again. I don't think they are based in Florida.

I purchased a Notch Pole Saw Kit from Kitbose, that was priced well below other sellers. When FEDEX delivered the package, it was heavily damaged. Three of the five components were missing. I contacted Kitbose & supplied detailed photos & description, of damaged box & missing contents. I was issued a full refund, as the Pole Saw Kit was not in stock. Kitbose handled the situation very professionally & quickly. I will purchase from them again!!! I highly recommend Kitbose as a seller!!!!

Excellent service, it was a long time for the shipment but it is understandable in this pandemic, surely will order again !

Purchased Dewalt miter saw & they shipped it to the wrong address very late and tried to contact them over 6 times to clear up with no contact. It is from Vietnam not Florida Recommend that you don't do business with them!

Company is in Vietnam, not Florida. Gave me the run-a-round about my order for 3 weeks before they told me they could not fulfil.
