KlyveraReviews of klyvera.com

II was told that there was a scam with klyvera outdoor camera which I purchase, was not aware of this, when I decided to install the camera. This information was found online, the product came fromzapostore.com, the charge my credit card for 9.99 and 39.99, I am not sure why, I called several times but they ended up charging me, this is surely a scam, stealing your customer money. The outdoor cost me 64.99 plus other added free, why

On May 1, 2026, I ordered a rainslicker from the Klyvera site. The site promotes / sells products from smaller online businesses like Torrinshop. When I purchased the item, I was offered “Product Protection” for $9.99 which I declined. Weeks later, reviewing my bank statement, I saw that it was charged anyway. On May 5th, I was notified that the raincoat would arrive later than expected, so I did some digging only to find out that Klyvera / Torrinshop had very poor reviews. I was on the phone for a long time to cancel the product, only to have the representative yell and use profanity. Finally, another representative cancelled it. On May 20th, my bank flagged the same charge from Klyvera and then came other unauthorized charges from other companies. My research yielded that Klyvera, Jomhome, Torrinshop and Turoheath frequently interact to scam customers.

I thought I was dealing with a company that made the products in the USA, particularly in Massachusetts. Instead it was shipped out of China. As others have also stated, I was charged the $9.99 protected plan, even though I declined it. Over a month later I have received a charge for $39.99. After calling Customer Support, I didn't "read the fine print" which apparently stated that you would automatically be signed up for a subscription with a sister company. I was told that the charge would be refunded in 3 business days and that the company would be blocked from future charged. I will be monitoring closely...

First, they charge me for special warranty shipping, when I specifically declined it. They did eventually refund it. Next, the product is dangerous. Then when I finally got the product which was supposed to be a stepstool, it was a very thin 3-D printed flat item. When I unfolded it and tried to step on it with 1 foot it cracked into three pieces. I am not a very heavy person, and I did not put my full weight on it. This is such a scam. Do not buy this. It’s dangerous.

I do not recommend by any product from clever.the company advertises certain price and offer'' free return' option if you pay extra 9.99 dollar.however, after the purchase they add more unexpected charges. the hiking shoes that I ordered and I received were vey poor quality it almost no heel support and shipping took far too long. when tried to return them the company demanded a fee of 25% restocking fee that was never clearly disclose on the website. they also expect the costumer to pay the return shipping cost despite advertising returns with no extra cost . very misleading and disappointing experience.

Zero stars. Full scammers. DO. NOT. ORDER! You WILL be robbed. You have been warned. This is NOT a real business. They have no registered agent which is required to legally be in business in the USA. Check it!

I ordered their orthopedic pillow, was charged and received the pillow when said which was 2 weeks ago. Then I happen to be looking at my bank this week and noticed another charge that was not the same from the store. I called to find out what was going on and was told this was a subscription fee. I had to dispute this because I did NOT sign up for their subscription plan nor when I was buying the pillow was there a pop up a click and check to subscript NOTHING. They are saying they will refund by next week (ill be keeping an eye out). But be aware they will attempt to sign you up with OUT your knowledge for their subscription plan of 39.99.

This company committed subscription fraud on me by subscribing me to their service without my authorization. They charged me a monthly $39.99 subscription charge without my permission. When I contacted them they said I had to decline the subscription when I bought the merchandise from them or I was automatically subscribed. This is unethical business practices and I saw no such terms when I bought the merchandise. They still haven't refunded my money or confirmed they would unsubscribe me when I demanded both of these things. They have ignored my emails. I had to cancel my credit card. Do not buy from Klyvera; they are criminals and will defraud you. Alison Anderson
