UPDATE: They have made 4 additional attempts to enroll me in the $39.99 "subscription". I had to get AMEX to issue a new card and BLOCK any future transactions. Original Review: My order was delivered, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. During the ordering process, I declined the insurance but got charged anyway. They refunded the 9.99 but not without an argument. Then, about a month later they tried to charge me 39.99 for a “subscription” that I didn’t ask for. Thankfully, AMEX caught the transaction and declined it. Don’t risk these charges. Avoid ordering from Klyvera. Just don’t do it !

It said the advertisement to be delivered in two days when I ordered it it changed it to two weeks. It said it was made here in the United States but then it said it was gonna be delayed because of the tariffs now I see it’s coming from China I tried to cancel it and they said it was OK but cancel it

I ordered sunglasses and they asked if I wanted to pay 9.99 for extra protection. i CLICKED THE NO THANKS and they still charged me. When I reached them by phone they said they will refund but they charged mr again under a different merchant name. I cancelled my sunglass order immediately due to the fact that they are obviously a fraud. They still charged my visa. Now I will have to dispute the charge on my bank card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Fraudulent business!! They attempted to charge my card 3 times under 3 different names for the wrong amount! Special place in hell for people like this.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying something from this website. I was charged an extra fee for a warranty service even as I kept clicking on "No thanks." Then my credit card company called me to report potential fraud because every time I clicked on "no thanks," the company kept trying to charge me the warranty fee. Then I called the company to cancel my order (within a couple of hours of ordering) and the person I spoke to kept trying to get a reason for me to cancel and then saying they would only reimburse me 40% even if I canceled this early. This seems like a scam.

THIS company is a complete FRAUD. DO NOT order they will not fulfill the order and will keep your money !!!

Scam. Very bad they will send the product but it missing part and then they ask you to pay more. Also you will find a fraud payment on your credit account and more and more ....

The site rejected my card as fraudulent but then went ahead and charged the card anyway. I contacted my bank and cancelled the card. Scammers.
