TOTAL SCAM. do not order!! No response about my order.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Spent £32 on a new dog bed. Delivery was between 4 and 10 days. A month passed, nothing. 6 emails sent asking for either an update or refund - nothing! Today I sent an email saying I had contacted Trading Standards - within 2 minutes of sending that email, my order was cancelled and advised I would receive a refund. Won’t hold my breath on receiving this but we shall see. Just wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. I’m disappointed as they claim to be a family run business and proud to supply animal goods to buyers - nothing to be proud of being part of this business, I’m afraid.

4weeks to arrive (from China) paper thin cover, lacking in filling and what there was was bumpy and won’t hold the shape. Emailed Customer services for a refund 5 days ago and ignored. Be warned!!!!!!

DREADFUL COMPANY KEEP AWAY Over three weeks and still no Bed ! they have ignored my emails constantly, will report this company. Do not waste your money its obviously a scam
