Did not receive the free T-shirt. The piano’s appearance and tone are excellent!

Hi Dong, Thanks for choosing Kraft Music! I found your recent order for a Casio Privia PX-765 digital piano. It doesn't look like this particular order qualified for our free shirt promotion, but I'd be happy to send you one. We'll reach out via email to confirm your size preference, cheers!

It's been about a week since my family has been enjoying our digital piano and I want to say a huge thank you to Scott for such a smooth and effortless buy this has been through Kraftmusic! It only took a week for delivery, everything was packaged with the utmost care (super impressed by that) and the directions were straight-forward to assemble. We have been loving this Casio Celviano AP-550. It's the focal point of our living room and the kids practice so much more now on this fancy thing. Thank you again for your support with our purchase, we are so happy with it!

The sales staff was upfront on the backlog status of the Nord Electro 7 73 HP which I appreciated. A deposit was given to secure my name on a waiting list of NORD customers and was given priority when the Nord Electro 7 73 HP arrived. Kudos to all the sales personnel involved (David Hall).

Hi Richard, thanks for your business! We appreciate your patience on the Nord Electro 7 HP backorder...definitely worth the wait!

Aside from having in stock exactly what I needed at a reasonable cost, I would add the speed in which the order was filled. I would also praise customer service as I had some questions and they were answered quickly, professionally, and friendly.
